It was a beautiful and absolutely great hotel in a pretty nice area, close to main square which is always nice to get something to eat or buy supplies as well as jungle. Our room was functional and perfectly clean, available with big comfortable bed and balcony and water. Very kind and nice staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The location was good and marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Canal Piratas:)))

The noise from the surrounding dogs was unbearable at times, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. the curtains in the room were too small for the glass doors, leaving us feeling exposed and uncomfortable.

We had a great experience at our hotel in Bacalar. The staff at Azul 36 were extremely helpful and even gave us a refund for the days we didn't stay. The location was perfect, with close walking distance to the zocalo and restaurants. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with ample storage space. The bathroom was also very nice. We enjoyed the reliable hot shower and the cable TV. the hotel was in great shape and provided a pleasant place to stay.
